Andy,

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll bet that error comes up when you have deleted
the LAST entry from the Local list, but won't come up if you have several
items and just delete one.  I'll add code to detect that the list is empty
for the release.

IIRC, I got an e-mail from you that was one of the ones that prompted the
launch options.  I hope the explanations of the different methods don't make
it seem too confusing.
