[Tapeworm] Add a config option to rename the file on capture?

Brent,

I'm not convinced it was a poor request.  I just want to understand the use
case.  I can certainly see this as very useful for the person serving as the
bottleneck in the process of gathering and distributing video in a large
environment.  Frankly, my thinking about TapeWorm is often limited by my own
use case, which is small-scale private family use.

So where were you thinking the new file names would come from?  Do you see
that as a manual process where you'd name the file as part of the capture
process, or were you thinking that TapeWorm would handle that automatically,
and if so, how?
